一 | 10月17日，记者从省财政厅获悉，我省抢抓中秋、国庆等节日契机，提前下达35亿元补贴资金，为消费者消费活力的释放，以及消费品以旧换新工作提供了必要保障。最新数据显示，我省已发放家电产品以旧换新权益近50万份，汽车以旧换新申报达4万余台。 结合我省实际，省财政厅与相关部门共同制定出台了《辽宁省2024年加力支持消费品以旧换新实施方案》和《辽宁省利用超长期特别国债等资金支持消费品以旧换新管理办法》，明确重点支持领域，确定了具体任务和支持标准，按照“资金跟着目标走”的原则合理分配资金。同时，省财政厅配合相关行业主管部门研究出台了新能源公交车、汽车、家电产品、家装厨卫等消费品以旧换新配套实施细则，构建“1+N”政策体系，使政策红利快速惠及消费者和经营主体。 围绕“两新”任务清单，我省财政部门统筹了超长期特别国债、中央和省相关专项资金等，抓住关键时间节点，足额落实下达了省以上资金35亿元，保障全省消费品以旧换新资金需求。
